Meet the Team
Penny G. Smart, Manager of Fiduciary Services
With over 40 years of financial experience, Penny G. Smart serves as the Manager of Fiduciary Services at Maine Fiduciary Services. In her role, Penny manages a wide array of professional fiduciary relationships, including trusts, estates, special needs trusts, and limited powers of attorney. She works closely with estate planning and trust administration attorneys to provide seamless and comprehensive client support.
Penny attended the New England School of Banking at Williams College majoring in Trust Administration and Investments. Before joining Rudman Winchell in 2017, Penny held the position of Vice President and Wealth Management Operations Manager for a local bank.
A Maine native, Penny with her husband, Michael, enjoys camping and spending time with their two adult children. Penny is dedicated to community involvement as evident in her co-chair role with Rudman Winchell’s committee to support fundraising efforts for local community organizations.
Penny G. Smart brings a wealth of experience and a personal touch to her role, ensuring the clients at Maine Fiduciary Services receive knowledgeable and reliable guidance for their fiduciary needs.
